Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may be longer during major product releases, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size and weight of the order. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Simply Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your information carefully before placing your order.

Simply Collectibles is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Simply Collectibles is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged while in transit.

If your package arrives damaged, is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend keeping all packaging materials and taking photos of any visible damage.

Sealed Products

The condition of sealed product packaging may vary slightly due to manufacturer packaging, handling, or shipping. Simply Collectibles is not responsible for minor cosmetic imperfections, manufacturer defects, print quality issues, damage caused while shipping, or the contents of sealed products once opened.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for eligible orders. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not visit the store to collect your order until you have received a pickup confirmation.

When picking up your order, please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID for verification.
